**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Enterprise Success Consultant. As a key member of our Enterprise Success team, you will be responsible for driving business adoption of our capabilities and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our platform.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Take ownership of customer technical success with our platform
  • Be a core member of the account team, accountable for technical workstreams that help customers strategize and execute adoption plans
  • Provide embedded technical advisory and guidance to customers on automation program design and maturity
  • Enable customers' technical stakeholders on best practices relevant to their unique automation pipelines and objectives

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years experience in programming .NET / Java applications (C#, C++, VB, Java or Powershell)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Relevant work experience with progressive responsibility in customer-facing, technical account management or technical consulting roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas
