About the Job Description
  • This role involves providing exceptional Talent Acquisition support to assigned Service Lines, Projects, and the Tender Unit, prioritizing internal talent before sourcing external candidates.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and service line leaders to understand talent needs, offering strategic guidance on recruitment best practices, and oversee the complete life cycle of the recruitment process for each requisition.
  • They will collaborate with the sourcing team to build proactive talent pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates for current and future needs.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize internal mobility and proactively identify opportunities for existing employees, maintaining clear, timely, and transparent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
