We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Lead to join our team. As a Construction Project Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and tracking construction projects from start to finish.

You will oversee the work activities of Construction Superintendents and/or Foremen, Mechanical Administrator, Electrical Administrator, Construction Office Assistant, and temporary construction staff. Your duties will include hiring, training, mentoring, evaluation, and discipline as needed.

You will develop standardized forms and update field policies and procedures to improve operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

Additionally, you will create detailed project plans, track construction site activities using WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and other project management methods, and prepare various construction reports/forms.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and planning construction projects
  • Oversight of administrative support and assistance to all areas within the project requirements
  • Scheduling and coordinating design and construction processes
  • Selecting and overseeing contractors
  • Drafting and executing project plans
  • Directly supervising and overseeing work activities of construction staff
  • Developing standardized forms and updating field policies and procedures
  • Creating detailed project plans and tracking construction site activities
