Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  1. Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls, planning, and project management.
  2. Extensive experience working with reputable project management consultancies.
  3. GCC experience is mandatory, with a preference for candidates with experience in Saudi Arabia.
  4. Airport project experience is highly desirable.
Certifications
  1. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
Skills
  1. Proficient in Primavera P6, Power BI, and PMIS tools.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Personal Attributes

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate is either a Western expatriate or an Arabic-speaking professional with a proven track record in leading large-scale infrastructure projects. They must possess strong leadership capabilities and be capable of managing complex project controls and claims processes.
