Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting strategy development for industry-leading companies leveraging Lean's innovative open banking solutions.
  2. Selling existing and future Lean products to drive revenue growth in KSA.
  3. Full ownership of the sales cycle, from qualification to close and handover.
  4. Fostering relationships with company leaders across multiple functions.
  5. Responding to RFP/RFQ's and other information requests.
  6. Promoting client interests in internal product discussions.
  7. Tracking and reporting on success metrics.

Requirements:

  1. 6+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales roles.
  2. Experience navigating long and complex sales cycles.
  3. Previous experience selling to enterprise companies in the public sector and/or banks.
  4. A proven track record of consistently overachieving individual targets and revenue goals.
  5. Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  6. Passion for technology and fintech.
  7. A structured sales approach and experience using a CRM tool.
  8. Proven sales methodology and ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
  9. Strong English language skills are a must.
