Digital Transformation Director

The Digital Transformation Director will be responsible for leading the company's digital transformation efforts, leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and integrate them into the organization's systems.
  • Ensure SAP functionalities are fully utilized, linked correctly, and effectively rolled out across the organization.
  • Implement AI-based recommendations to improve efficiency within the organization.
  • Enhance cross-functional visibility and decision-making through real-time dashboards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business and IT teams to ensure smooth adoption and alignment of digital initiatives.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging digital transformation trends into the organization's strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in digital transformation, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing. A broad understanding of SAP functionalities and their operation, as well as strong knowledge in emerging digital transformation and AI trends, are essential.
