Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Security Manager to lead our global data center operations security program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a holistic security strategy that aligns with organizational standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for physical security, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulations.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and advisor to executive leadership on security matters, including SOC2, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS compliance.
  • Create risk-based security strategies that incorporate organizational best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage security vendors and contracts, ensuring high performance, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence.
  • Develop vendor scorecards, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate and conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities, track compliance with established security protocols, and implement remediation plans.
  • Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and monitoring solutions.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a diverse security team across multiple sites, ensuring adequate coverage and expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant professional experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in regulatory compliance, operations, including leadership of global or multi-site teams.
  • 7+ years of progressive responsibility in physical security, investigations, or risk management, preferably within critical infrastructure or data center environments.
  • Proven track record of managing large security vendor/contract programs and distributed security teams.
  • Familiarity with workflow ticketing systems, data analytics, and performance metrics extraction; experience with advanced security hardware/software solutions.
