Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes that meet project needs.
  2. Perform comprehensive audits and inspections to verify compliance with project specifications.
  3. Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure quality standards are integrated across the project.
  4. Document and report quality assessments, non-compliances, and corrective actions.
  5. Lead quality training sessions to promote best practices within project teams.
  6. Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
  7. Stay current with industry developments and regulatory updates.
Essential Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  2. No less than 10 years of experience in quality assurance in construction.
  3. Demonstrated understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
  4. Desirable: experience with ISO standards and quality audits.
  5. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  8. Essential proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
