**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional with experience in the food and beverage industry to join our team at Mateen Food Trading Company. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract customers, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's brand and increase customer engagement.
  2. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content creation, SEO, and paid advertising to reach our target audience.
  3. Manage brand positioning and identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and reinforcing our unique value proposition.
  4. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, partnerships, and collaborations with influencers and key industry players to drive sales and revenue growth.
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can inform our marketing strategy.
  6. Work closely with operations and sales teams to develop customer loyalty programs and promotional offers that drive customer retention and acquisition.
  7. Organize and manage events, tastings, and brand activations to enhance brand presence and create memorable experiences for our customers.
  8. Analyze marketing performance and key metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  9. Supervise food photography and videography to create visually appealing marketing materials that showcase our brand and products.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum (X years) of experience in marketing within the F&B, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
  3. Strong understanding of F&B marketing trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
  4. Proven experience in social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and online advertising.
  5. Excellent skills in content creation, storytelling, and campaign management.
  6. Knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
  7. Strong analytical and project management skills.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
