">Your Responsibilities
">As Senior Production Manager, you will oversee the production process, ensuring that all HACCP principles are applied. You will motivate and direct Team Leaders to achieve defined performance parameters, review team performance, and conduct meetings/briefings. Your key duties will include supervising the overall production process, motivating team leaders, reviewing team performance, and conducting meetings/briefings.
">About You
">To succeed in this role, you will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar Production Management position within a fully automated poultry/food environment. You will possess working knowledge of ISO9000 quality standards, a 3rd level educational qualification, excellent people management skills, and strong interpersonal and English communication skills both written and verbal.
