Strategic Transaction Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Transaction Advisor to join our team at Fox Point Recruitment LLC. As a key member of our advisory board, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth strategy through strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.

• Develop and implement comprehensive transaction strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on deal structuring, negotiations, and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and external advisors.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential opportunities, including commercial, technical, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, assessments, and recommendations to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial advisory, deal structuring, and strategic alliances.
• Strong numerical, financial, and critical thinking skills.
• Sound judgment and ability to generate creative solutions to complex transactions.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance.
