Job Title:

Sales Services Portfolio Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Services Portfolio Manager will be responsible for selling the entire Customer Experience Services portfolio to our Major Accounts in Saudi Arabia based in Riyadh. This role requires a strong understanding of the service, consulting, and advisory services sale, as well as experience in direct and indirect selling to strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing services sales strategies for assigned customers.
  • Driving sales of new services within customers, driving programs, service product launches, and best-practices; liaising with management on clients' side.
  • Forecasting and reporting business, building pipeline for the future.
  • Publishing service responses for Request for Proposals (RFP) and new service bids or proposals.
  • Closely collaborating as part of the account team(s) and with other departments both at internal markets and abroad (technical department, marketing department, 'vertical teams').
  • Cooperation with Cisco Partners.
  • Erasing that customer support is being addressed as per the agreed upon Service Level and ensuring all required teams are aligned to reach and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. 7+ years of professional experience in value-based sales positions in the Internet, Communication, Technology (ICT) sector, preferably in a modern international environment.
  2. Strong experience and understanding of the specificity of the service, consulting, and advisory services sale.
  3. Proven experience in direct and indirect selling to most strategic accounts.
  4. Self-starter and strong closer personality with multi-tasking ability.
  5. Outstanding communication skills, independence, self-motivation.
  6. Experience in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts/projects.
  7. Good understanding of the enterprise sector procurement process and buying cycle.
