Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in.NET Core and Python Django frameworks, with extensive experience in PostgreSQL and GitHub Actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Backend System Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems using.NET Core and Python Django.
  • Collaboration and Feature Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Code Optimization and Refactoring: Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Database Management: Implement and manage databases using PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Set up and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitHub Actions.
  • Code Review and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on time.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
  • Industry Trends and Technologies: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems are up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Academic Prerequisites: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in.NET Core and Python Django frameworks, strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, experience with GitHub Actions, and solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
