We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for Sustainable Engineering to join our team at JASARA Program Management Company. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Site Assessments and Surveys: Conduct thorough site assessments and surveys to gather relevant data for project development, ensuring accurate and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Engineering Designs and Specifications: Create detailed engineering designs and specifications for various civil infrastructure projects, aligning with environmental regulations and community needs.
  3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment with environmental regulations and community needs.
  4. Construction Oversight: Oversee construction activities and perform regular inspections to guarantee compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  5. Technical Reporting: Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
  6. Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively to ensure timely delivery and meet stakeholder expectations.
  7. Engineering Challenges: Address any engineering challenges that arise during the construction phase and propose suitable solutions to maintain project momentum.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, including wastewater treatment plant projects, ready factory projects, and steel structure (design & supervision).
  • Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
