Maintenance Technician Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the optimal working condition of our premises by executing work orders, coordinating maintenance activities, and overseeing inventory management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a keen understanding of maintenance planning and operations.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
  • Plan, manage, or physically execute all repair and installation activities.
  • Update maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door, or wall repair.
  • Maintain the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
  • High school diploma.
  • Excellent English language; Arabic is a plus.
  • Computer literate in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Excellent verbal, writing, and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated and creative problem-solver.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting.
