Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data management principles and experience working with MDM solutions. Key responsibilities include evaluating current data management practices, defining MDM objectives, and developing strategic roadmaps to achieve them.

Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate current data management practices and assess MDM maturity level.
  2. Develop a strategic roadmap to achieve MDM objectives and improve data quality.
  3. Define data stewardship roles and responsibilities.
  4. Design and implement data models that define master data entities and their relationships.
  5. Collaborate with Data Quality and Data Integration teams to ensure smooth data ingestion and cleansing.
  6. Maintain documentation related to MDM processes, data models, and policies.
  7. Generate reports and metrics to measure MDM effectiveness and communicate results to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in data management and MDM.
  • Strong understanding of SQL complex querying and data warehouse concepts.
  • ETL knowledge with hands-on experience using Informatica PowerCenter or similar tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges and make data-driven decisions.
  • Awareness of data management principles and familiarity with DAMA certification.
