About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced landscape architect and urban planner to lead large-scale urban development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, project management, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex landscape and urban planning projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and environmental specialists.
  • Evaluate technician tender submissions and select suitable contractors for landscape implementation.

The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will also have a comprehensive understanding of sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation.
