Job Description:

Omniful is seeking a seasoned Content Marketing Strategist to drive the company's content strategy and development efforts. As a key member of the Demand Generation team, this role will be responsible for creating high-quality content that engages, educates, and converts our target audience across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Content Strategy:
    • Craft a content marketing plan that aligns with Omniful's growth objectives, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and thought leadership.
    • Create and manage a content calendar covering blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, infographics, email campaigns, and more to engage various audience segments.
    • Collaborate with SEO and Growth teams to optimize content for search and distribution, ensuring all content is discoverable, relevant, and impactful.
  • Audience Engagement and Funnel Optimization:
    • Craft content for every stage of the funnel, from awareness to decision, ensuring that messaging aligns with the needs and pain points of our target audience.
    • Develop personas and audience profiles to better understand our target market, tailoring content themes and formats to resonate with specific segments.
    • Analyze content performance metrics to identify and refine top-performing topics, formats, and distribution channels, optimizing for conversion and engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to gather insights, align messaging, and create materials that support sales enablement and customer education.
    • Partner with Demand Generation to integrate content into multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
    • Collaborate with external writers, designers, and agencies as needed to enhance content production quality and expand capacity.
  • Brand Voice and Thought Leadership:
    • Develop and maintain Omniful's brand voice across all content, ensuring consistency, clarity, and professionalism.
    • Position Omniful as a thought leader in operational and supply chain management by creating insightful, research-backed content that addresses industry trends and challenges.
    • Identify opportunities for guest contributions, interviews, and collaborations with industry experts to further establish Omniful's authority in the market.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in content marketing or a similar role, focusing on B2B SaaS or enterprise content, technology, or supply chain management.
  • Content Development Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong portfolio of content that demonstrates expertise in creating various content formats.
  • SEO and Analytics: Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research, and tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to drive content visibility and performance.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and collaborators simultaneously.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively present ideas to stakeholders.
