Corporate Learning Solutions Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Learning Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Learning Program Design: Design and implement effective training programs using various delivery methods.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Project Management: Cooperate with project managers to implement the training program.
- Training Provider Selection: Select and match training providers' programs with clients' training needs.
- Competency Mapping: Map competency frameworks with training objectives.
- Communication Strategy Development: Assist in developing communication strategies, project plans, systems, processes, tools, and key metrics analysis to embed successful programs and implementation.
- Proposal Development: Respond to requests for proposals (HR consultation and learning and development).
- Curriculum Design: Oversee the design of training curricula and materials, develop, and organize training manuals and educational materials.
Requirements:
- L&D Experience: Significant proven learning and development experience.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple training projects.
- Consulting: Experience operating as a consultant discussing and building programs.
- L&D Best Practices: Apply and implement L&D best practices.
Certifications: SHRM (Preferred)
