About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert & Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This individual will play a pivotal role in both creating strategic marketing plans and managing client relationships. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, crafting innovative marketing strategies, overseeing execution, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop Digital Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans tailored to clients' objectives. Use data and market research to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and a smooth project experience from start to finish.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, digital advertising, content marketing, etc.).
  • Project Management: Work closely with internal teams (design, content, development) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights. Recommend adjustments and optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Client Presentations: Present strategies, reports, and results to clients, providing recommendations for future growth and development.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the work and continue to trust us with their marketing needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Digital Marketing Expert, Account Manager, or in a similar role in the marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (social media, SEO, content marketing, PPC, etc.).
  • Experience in client relationship management, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and provide innovative marketing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.

Preferred

  • Experience in the Saudi Arabian market or the broader Gulf region.
  • Familiarity with local trends and consumer behavior.
  • A background in agency settings or experience working with diverse clients.
