Responsibilities:- Specialized Testing: Focus on testing social insurance and pension management systems, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise and knowledge with colleagues, contributing to the growth and development of the QA team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in software testing, preferably in insurance or government sector.
- Skills: Strong understanding of GOSI's business processes and regulatory requirements, experience with test automation tools and frameworks, knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Certification: ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certification preferred.
