Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential losses and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and continuously improve APIs, services, and systems to enhance risk management practices.
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in fraud, credit, and collections, providing actionable insights to inform product development and risk mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with functional teams to understand user needs and develop innovative solutions that enhance user experience and safety.
- Mentor and support a team of senior managers and their cross-disciplinary teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 10 years in product management, including significant experience in risk management and/or compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in leading senior teams and managing complex product portfolios in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, with a track record of making strategic risk decisions that align with business goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of working collaboratively with engineering teams and innovating new product solutions.
