Job Title: Advanced Medical Surgical Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Medical Surgical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and support operational processes in the assigned nursing unit.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced-level nursing care to patients with complex medical and surgical needs. This will include assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. You will also mentor junior nurses, participate in developing protocols and processes to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency, and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving nursing practices in the assigned unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced-level nursing care to patients with complex medical and surgical needs
  • Assess patients' conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
  • Mentor junior nurses and provide guidance on clinical best practices
  • Participate in developing protocols and processes to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving nursing practices in the assigned unit
  • Achieve and sustain high-quality patient experience through effective communication, empathy, and compassion
  • Support the empowerment of nurses through the enculturation of the Professional Practice Model
  • Pursue professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 3 years International Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
  • Current licensure as a professional registered nurse
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Minimum 4 years of Nursing Experience, including 2 years in Medical/Surgical Care or related field
  • Fully Proficient in English; Arabic is preferred
