JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Mobility Solutions Manager to lead the onboarding process for new employees. The Program Support Service Team provides high-quality centralized services that guide colleagues throughout their time on the program, covering employee accommodation, transportation, and concierge-type services.

The Mobility Solutions Manager is accountable for creating and coordinating a centralized approach to mobilization, including transfers, ground transportation, and mobility-related activities. This involves overseeing the overall onboarding and offboarding procedures of incoming employees and setting processes to provide a cohesive experience.

  • Explores innovations that create efficiencies in process, communications, and enhance overall user experience in support of project support services, mindful of cost vs value to program and employee.
  • Reports on status of mobilization in line with SLA's.

The Global Mobility Specialist will work closely with the Delivery Partner mobilization teams to forecast mobilization numbers, ensuring service levels are maintained through peaks.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment that involved working with internal and external stakeholders and business leaders with a developed understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, English translation, and English Literature.

This role requires strong team and collaboration skills, ability to communicate at all levels, and fluent Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
