Join our esteemed faculty as a Clinical Instructor in the Nursing Program at كلية البترجي للعلوم الطبية والتكنولوجيا. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for teaching nursing students in clinical settings, guiding them as they develop essential skills for safe and effective practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and teach nursing students during their clinical rotations, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to professional standards.
  • Assist students in performing clinical skills and procedures, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement teaching designs that promote active participation and critical thinking among students.
  • Evaluate student performance in clinical settings, providing timely and constructive feedback to facilitate growth and improvement.
RequirementsEducation:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a reputable university, with certification in the specialization highly valued.
Experience:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience in general nursing, with previous experience in clinical teaching or mentorship preferred.
Skills:
  • Ability to develop teaching designs and provide academic leadership, leveraging expertise in nursing best practices and patient care standards.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, proficiency in using dashboard and computing devices, and strong presentation skills.
