Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Assess student progress through formative and summative methods, using data to inform teaching and ensure progression.

  8. Participate in English department meetings, professional development opportunities, and school-wide events.
  9. Maintain high expectations for student behaviour, engagement, and achievement, upholding the school's values and ethos.
  10. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
