We are seeking a highly motivated Dark Store Delivery Module Head to join our team at Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic. As a key leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the dark store delivery module, developing regional delivery management plans, and supervising on-site execution.

Your primary duties will include facilitating the implementation of business operations in the region, monitoring daily operations, service quality, and performance metrics. You will also collect and provide feedback on fulfillment issues, follow up on operational anomalies, and conduct experience analysis for continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to train supervisors/riders in the region to enhance their quality and business capabilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring service quality at sites within the region, analyzing delivery customer complaints, and implementing effective measures to control complaints.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and operations, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams. A clean driving record and a current driver's license are also required.
