In this critical role at Maaden, you will be responsible for supporting the organization's design and implementation efforts. This involves working closely with senior professionals to analyze data, contribute to workforce planning initiatives, and assist in job evaluations.

Key Accountabilities
  1. You will be responsible for conducting organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement in structure, decision-making, and reporting relationships.
  2. The successful candidate will support the process of manpower change requests and organization change requests as per OD guidelines.
  3. You will contribute to the design of job roles, responsibilities, and role profiles to support our strategic goals and operational needs.
  4. Gathering and analyzing data to assess current and future workforce needs, including headcount, skills, and capabilities is a key responsibility.
  5. You will maintain accurate job profiles and role hierarchies as the organization evolves.
  6. This role contributes to the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the organization design and workforce planning functions.
  7. Staying informed of industry trends and best practices in organizational design is essential to support the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements

We need someone with:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. CIPD L3 or SHRM-CP (Preferred).
  3. 1-3 years of experience in organizational design and workforce planning.
  4. Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
