Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualization and Design: Develop and implement innovative concepts for rides and attractions, leveraging industry trends and advancements in ride technologies.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies to inform development decisions and optimize project outcomes.
- Project Management: Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective risk mitigation.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices in rides and attractions development.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate project updates and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Leisure Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in the development of rides and attractions, theme parks, or entertainment venues.
- Strong portfolio of successful projects showcasing innovative development and execution of rides and attractions.
- Thorough understanding of safety regulations, industry standards, and technical requirements related to rides and attractions.
- Exceptional project management skills, with proven expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas and strategies.
- A passion for creating memorable and engaging experiences in the theme park or leisure industry.
