Job Description

The Performance Improvement Specialist will be responsible for driving our initiatives to boost club growth and operations. This individual will collaborate with club representatives and internal league teams to assess needs, develop strategies, and monitor progress to ensure overall league success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of club operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop tailored support plans in collaboration with commercial, marketing, sporting, and technical teams to address identified gaps.
  • Maintain strong relationships with club officials and league department heads to facilitate effective communication and program implementation.
  • Monitor club development progress using predefined KPIs and prepare regular reports for league management.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts to address club-specific issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align club development initiatives with the league's long-term goals.
Requirements

To succeed as a Performance Improvement Specialist, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project and program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in sports club management or development.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead projects and teams, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills; consulting background is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the sports industry, particularly football club operations and challenges.
  • Strong understanding of program and project management skills.
  • Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
