About the Role

This is a critical position responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of civil and structural projects throughout their lifecycle. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive inspections, review and interpret project plans, and collaborate closely with project teams to ensure that construction meets all specifications and standards.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Conduct detailed inspections of civil and structural works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and regulations.
  2. Review project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports, to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  3. Monitor construction activities and assess the quality of workmanship, materials, and equipment used on-site.
  4. Document findings, issues, and non-compliance incidents, and prepare inspection reports for project stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with contractors and project teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Civils and Structure Inspector.
  3. Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, structural integrity standards, and relevant codes and regulations.
  4. Experience in inspecting and reviewing civil and structural construction projects comprehensively.
  5. Proficient in interpreting project plans, specifications, and technical documentation.
