We're looking for a Health and Safety Lead Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
About the ProjectThis is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, delivering major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with associated infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective health and wellbeing programs.
- Translate client's strategy and objectives into actionable plans.
- Develop and agree on an annual health & wellbeing delivery plan.
- Support delivery plans with input and expertise.
- Monitor and report on performance, offering advice, guidance, and expertise as needed.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience.
- Proven experience leading and managing health and wellbeing in a large complex organisation.
- Advanced knowledge and application of relevant legislation.
- Knowledge of health and wellbeing best practices and implementation.
- Excellent industry connections.
- Experience of setting policy and standards.
- Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
- Ability to manage, coach, and develop teams and individuals.
- Large programme management experience.
- Communication and presenting skills.
- Client-facing experience.
- Relevant degree qualification.
- Current recognised HSE qualification.
