Job SummaryThe Digital Account Executive plays a pivotal role in shaping Apple's e-commerce strategy, driving business growth through collaboration with internal and external partners. This involves identifying opportunities, developing account plans, and executing programs to expand the business, ultimately leading to increased adoption of the Apple ecosystem and a remarkable customer experience.
This position requires a deep understanding of the e-commerce market, partners, and customer needs, as well as the ability to analyze business opportunities and develop strategies to drive Apple's goals with partners.
Main Responsibilities- Achieve sales growth aligned with annual sales plans and country strategic priorities, goals, and objectives.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce market, partners, and the needs of end customers.
- Analyze business opportunities and develop account plans to drive Apple's strategies with partners.
- Drive demand-generation activities through effective marketing plans, enhancing return on investment.
- Implement innovative approaches into sales and marketing plans to build demand for Apple products in partnership with finance and worldwide digital teams.
- Oversee the daily execution of the business, including negotiating programs, demand generation, operational optimization, and building strong relationships to achieve a superior customer experience with results benefiting Apple and partners.
- Collaborate with internal partners to lead planning approaches resulting in the delivery of Apple's global digital e-commerce strategy and constant customer experience enhancements.
- Work closely with finance, planning, and logistics to provide ongoing partner forecasts, business insights, and manage inventory levels.
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, channel sales, or online account management.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace operations, merchandising, and sales execution.
- Experience in negotiating programs and managing online partner relationships.
- Comprehensive understanding of promotions, discounting strategies, and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated success in delivering volume, budget, forecasting, merchandising, marketing, and operations with an e-commerce strategic account/financial analytics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to contribute within a team environment and influence cross-functionally, possessing strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, exciting environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
- Understanding of interdependencies within Apple and navigating them for success, with a focus on sustaining profitable growth.
- Relevant sales experience with a focus on selling direct to major e-commerce partners and/or managing marketplace channel-retail channel experience will also be an asset.
- Customer and partner needs can often be unique; however, you're quick on your feet and connect and influence the right people both inside and outside of Apple.
