As a Field Competence Developer, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our vision by developing and implementing training programs for our field personnel. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these gaps.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for field personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these gaps.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform training program development.
  • Maintain accurate records of training program metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in technical training.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification in engineering, safety, technical or behavioral science or minimum 5 years of experience within Learning & Development, in field/technical context.
  • Technical training expertise, Training Center management, and apprenticeship program experience are seen as an asset.
  • Excellent English and local language skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of mentoring and coaching.
  • Learning Management System experience and eLearning/virtual training knowledge and development experience preferred.
