This exciting opportunity involves joining a growing team of multi-disciplinary data practitioners who will direct and collaborate with you to develop new businesses and deliver cutting-edge projects for top-tier Financial Services clients.

You'll be joining an exceptionally talented global team, united by a shared mission to shape the future of data architecture in the financial data space.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will support our clients with data architecture design and delivery, and provide clients with best practice guidance for data management and architecture development and optimization
  • You will build a set of services and capabilities that support Capco's vision of Modern Data Architecture to enable efficient, transparent and high-quality data management.
  • You will manage small to medium project teams and support Capco Data Architecture business development.

Essential Skills / Expertise

  • Experience architecting & implementing data strategy, solutions & governance models within Financial Services industry.
  • Proven experience in defining and implementing data architecture strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of database structure principles and hands-on experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
  • Contextual Data Modelling, Entity Relationship Modelling, Logical & Physical Data Modelling.
  • Strong expertise in creating conceptual, logical, and physical data models, and hands-on experience with modelling tools (e.g., Erwin or others)
  • Strong experience with warehouse and data lake design and implementation approaches.
  • Experienced working in a multi-client environment emphasizing collaboration and teamwork.
  • Being comfortable working across multiple projects and initiatives, driving the growth of new and existing data capabilities, engaging internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective teamworking with very good analytical and conceptual skills and assertiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good commercial focus, ability to develop client relationships develop data propositions and direct client opportunities
