Strategic Finance Process Architect

As a Strategic Finance Process Architect, you'll have the opportunity to work with and support finance teams across the organization to identify their challenges and opportunities for digital transformation. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business needs. You'll build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, work closely with business processes, and lead initiatives to design and deliver impactful solutions.

1. Design and Implement Digital Solutions: Create and implement digital solutions to enhance financial processes, including data flows, user experience components, financial and business logic rules, data integrations, and associated data transformations/ETL rules.
2. Document Processes and Procedures: Document all solutions, processes, and procedures, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
3. Develop Automated Finance Processes: Develop all logic and associated data integrations and user interfaces to automate finance processes and enable greater finance insights.
4. Evaluate and Propose New Software Solutions: Evaluate and propose new software solutions to support digital transformation, ensuring alignment with business needs.
5. Support Business Owner Teams: Support core business owner teams with administration of solutions, security updates, metadata changes, migrations from development, and testing of new capabilities.
6. Collaborate Across the Business Partner Community: Collaborate across the business partner community to help elevate digital transformation opportunities across the organization.
7. Maintain Financial Procedures: Maintain and document financial procedures and collaborate with business partners on developing and enforcing effective processes and controls to maintain financial integrity.
8. Lead Development Teams: Lead development teams, coaching and training team members to help support finance and reviewing to ensure alignment to best practices and optimized solutions.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business Systems: A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business Systems is required, with coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Systems preferred.
2. 10-15 Years Experience in Finance Development: 10-15 years of experience developing and architecting solutions for the office of finance, with manufacturing experience a plus.
3. Technical Skills: Experience developing in various languages, including VB.Net, Java, Python, SQL, and C#, with strong skills in multi-dimensional financial modeling and data interchange/integrations required.
4. Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships in a matrix environment with multiple customers and evaluators.
5. Process and Influencing Skills: Strong process and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation within the organization.
6. Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives at once.
