About the Role

The Data Privacy Manager at Tools & Solutions is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations and Saudi's Personal Data Protection laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Data Policies: Create, implement, and monitor privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with national and international data protection regulations.
  • Conduct Regular Audits: Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Identify potential privacy risks and work with relevant teams to mitigate them.
  • Lead PIAs: Develop and execute Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for new projects, systems, and data initiatives to identify and address privacy risks.
  • Data Privacy Training: Design and deliver data privacy training programs for staff across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Law, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. CIPP, CIPM, CIPT preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in data privacy, data protection, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations.
  • Experience in conducting PIAs and managing data breach incidents.
