We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our luxury lodge in Al-Ahsa Oasis in KSA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including overseeing the pre-opening process, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and turnover.
  • Manage the pre-opening process, including establishing timelines, developing budgets, and hiring staff.
  • Ensure the lodge operates and maintains company sustainability standards at all times.
  • Monitor and control finances, including preparing budgets and conducting regular financial reviews.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, service providers, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in a luxury resort or lodge setting.
  • A higher education degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Business or related field.
  • An energetic and proactive individual with experience in sustainable tourism and eco-friendly lodging.
  • Strong financial capabilities and experience in managing budgets.
  • Fluent in English, with Arabic language skills a major advantage.
  • A clear understanding of fundamental labor law and disciplinary procedures.
