Urea Granulation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Granulation Expert to lead our research and development efforts in improving processes and introducing new products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in granulation techniques and be able to drive problem resolution for commercial plants.

• Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: Provide technical support to commercial plants for shutdown, turnover, and re-commissioning, as well as troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• New Product Development: Lead the development of new post-reactor products through granulation techniques, including feasibility and revamp studies.
• Process Optimization: Collect and interpret plant process data, make recommendations for improvements, and ensure work is standardized and processes are optimized.
• Plant Safety and Quality: Actively contribute to plant safety and quality programs.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have a strong background in granulation techniques, process technology development, and commercial plant operations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
