Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes served.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain departmental SOPs, detailing standards of performance, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead the culinary team by providing guidance, training, and motivation to maintain high levels of productivity, morale, and high-quality products.
  • Manage food inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and control food costs by minimizing waste, optimizing portion sizes, and implementing effective inventory control systems.
  • Work with the senior culinary team to develop new menus and product development, supported by detailed analysis and accurate costing.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations, implementing proper hygiene practices, sanitation procedures, and HACCP principles.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of international experience in five-star hotels and restaurants.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and project management abilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a creative and positive mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to drive and implement innovative solutions.
