At Jasara Program Management Company, we are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Lead to oversee the management of infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success, including timely delivery and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will provide consistent leadership and support client focus and responsiveness, ensuring we can identify and anticipate client needs.
  • Lead and manage the design and construction process from inception to implementation for infrastructure project(s) comprising various disciplines, such as roads, bridges, culverts, underground utilities (wet and dry), street lighting, and district cooling.
  • Closely collaborate with our development teams (architects and engineers), clients, contractors, and stakeholders to fully understand project requirements and create innovative design solutions that satisfy client requirements and meet local codes and standards.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal and external design teams to deliver high-quality design documents and drawings while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
  • Lead the team to ensure design deliverables are provided by consultants in accordance with their Contract and district and sub-district program requirements and timelines.

Design Reviews and Progress Monitoring:

  • Perform regular design review meetings where you will provide technical guidance and support to clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
  • Monitor and track project progress, promptly identify and resolve any design-related challenges or conflicts, and report on these timeously.
  • Review design progress, identify issues or risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Efficiently manage and maintain meticulous project documentation, including design records, change orders, and necessary approvals.
  • Maintain strict compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations to guarantee project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and integration of various design elements, achieving seamless progression from design, construction to final handover.
  • Compile and present reports and visual presentations regarding designs, design reviews, cost analysis, and progress on project tasks.

Project Interfaces and Reporting:

  • Set up and chair meetings with the client, consultants, design team, and stakeholders while capturing minutes of meetings as necessary.
  • Comply with client's governance requirements.
  • Oversee and manage all project interfaces within the delivery program.
  • Prepare and present design reports, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders.
