Job Summary

Saudi Networkers Services is looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our services by end customers, minimizing reliance on partner teams, training staff, and handling tickets within SLA.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our organization by providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the effective management of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful adoption and utilization of our services by end customers.
  • Minimize reliance on partner teams by equipping customers with necessary knowledge for self-sufficiency.
  • Train staff to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
  • Handle tickets from internal and external customers within SLA for desktop, Android, and iOS apps.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer support and knowledge transfer IT experience in a software company.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Technical background preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous, organized, and very attentive to details.
