Job Title: Ophthalmology Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ophthalmology Specialist to lead our eye care services at Antal International Network - IME. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality ophthalmology care to patients, supervising fellows and staff, and participating in research activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert ophthalmology care to patients, including consultative services and special procedures.
• Supervise and mentor fellows, staff, and residents in ophthalmology.
• Participate in research activities and contribute to the development of new treatments and technologies.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to optimize patient care and drive training and development initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices in ophthalmic services and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
• Completion of required period of training in ophthalmology.
• Board certification in the relevant medical specialty is typically required or equivalent.
• Membership and/or Fellowship or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required.
• A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
• Dataflow is a must.

Professional Experience:

• Min. 5 years Post Board/Fellowship in Ophthalmology.
• A registered member of the Saudi Board Council.

Language:

• Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
