Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Director to lead our golf course construction projects globally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-profile golf projects on time and within budget.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage major golf construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and vision.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure all construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and project specifications.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing construction team, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Sustainability: Promote and implement sustainable construction practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in turfgrass management, landscape architecture, construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 25 years of experience in construction management, with a significant portion dedicated to major golf projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects globally, on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
