About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Global Medical Liaison to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a Healthcare Consultant, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining peer-to-peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at major academic institutions and clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. KOL Engagement: Develop KOL engagement plans, gather insights, identify clinical investigators, communicate medical/scientific data, and provide conference support.
  2. External Research Activities: Assist in external research activities and respond to medical inquiries from stakeholders.
  3. Scientific Training: Provide scientific training, support clinical research teams, and contribute expertise to cross-functional teams.
  4. Medical Advancements: Stay updated on medical advancements, including Pharmacoeconomics, to maintain deep expertise.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Pharma or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree in medicine being a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience within the pharmaceutical industry or as a Clinical Pharmacist.
  • Excellent networking capabilities.
  • Experience and willingness to work in an international matrix organization.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly adjust to new situations in a continuously developing environment.
  • Excellent presentational skills.
  • Good at translating medical/scientific insights to business opportunities/implications.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
