Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ER Physician to join our dynamic team at National Medical Care Company. As a key member of our emergency department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting to the ER, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Clinical Decision Making: Make sound clinical decisions in collaboration with ER Residents and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior physicians and medical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Triage and Referral: Triage patients according to their acuity and refer them to relevant specialties or hospital admission when necessary.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Education: A minimum of five (5) years of experience post-qualification and registration with the Saudi Medical Council.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in computer applications, and knowledge of medical by-laws.
  • Special Requirements: Leadership and administrative skills, fluent verbal and written English, and excellent professionalism and interpersonal communication skills.
