Job Role

We are seeking an Electrical Systems Specialist to join our Buildings team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Building Services Electrical Engineering design and excellent technical and project management skills.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems for building services projects. The ideal candidate will have experience at a senior level of Electrical Building Services Engineering in the built environment and a degree in Building Services Engineering specialising in Electrical engineering or equivalent experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement electrical systems for building services projects.
  • Prepare and review documentation including basis of designs, technical/design specifications, procurement specifications, assessment reports, and survey reports.
  • Implement detailed surveys of Electrical Building Services and equipment to establish the status of existing installations and recommend new/upgrade design proposals.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have a degree in Building Services Engineering specialising in Electrical engineering or equivalent experience. They will also possess up-to-date knowledge of current building regulations, legislation, and standards applicable in building/infrastructure design.

  • Member of the Saudi Council of Engineers.
  • CEng and a member of CIBSE or the IET.
  • A degree in Building Services Engineering specialising in Electrical engineering, or a degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent Building Services work experience.
  • Experience at a senior level of Electrical Building Services Engineering in the built environment, preferably within a consultancy business.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current building regulations, legislation, and standards applicable in building/infrastructure design in the Built Environment.
