Clinical Nephrologist

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients with kidney disease, developing individualized treatment plans, and engaging with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination.

• Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, including clinical, socioeconomic, psychological, and functional assessments;
• Developing treatment plans that integrate evidence-based approaches and adhere to established standards of care;
• Ensuring accurate documentation of patient assessments and treatment plans in accordance with DSFH policies;
• Maintaining detailed records of patient progress and outcomes;
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care and addressing any concerns promptly;
• Responding to medical consultations in a timely manner and adhering to DSFH policies;
• Authenticating discharge summaries and ensuring timely completion;
• Providing education to patients and their families on take-home medications and indicated discharge instructions;

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. A structured training background in nephrology or a related field from a recognized medical center;
2. Experience in the field of nephrology, as per Saudi Commission for Health Specialty requirements;
3. Saudi Commission for Health Specialty and Ministry of Health Saudi License;
