Daily Tasks

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing fresh baked goods for breakfast service
  • Organizing the workstation to ensure all tools and ingredients are ready for use
  • Preparing and baking a variety of items according to established recipes and techniques

You will also be responsible for:

  • Handling special requests and custom orders for events or specific guest preferences
  • Regularly tasting products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards
  • Focusing on the aesthetic appeal of baked goods, ensuring they are beautifully presented for display and service

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Two to three years' prior tenure in a similar role
  • Experience working in an international luxury hotel chain environment
  • English fluency is required, Arabic fluency is preferred

As a Luxury Hotel Baker, you will work collaboratively with other kitchen staff, including pastry chefs and other bakers, to coordinate efforts and maintain a smooth workflow.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
