You will work closely with internal teams and external counsel to ensure the company's interests are safeguarded and minimize legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support ongoing litigation and dispute resolution processes across the business
  • Draft essential legal documents, such as notices and summaries, for senior legal review
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel, regulators, and internal departments
  • Assist in managing collection-related legal actions and support the Credit and Collections teams
  • Help maintain accurate legal records, trackers, and case documentation
  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide updates on relevant regulatory changes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
  • 2-3 years of experience focusing on litigation or financial disputes
  • Previous experience working in a traditional SME Financing Company
  • Knowledge of Saudi commercial and civil procedure laws
  • Strong legal drafting skills in Arabic (English is a plus)
